Terms of Service
Last updated Nov 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By using ToolFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the API on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. The service
The website provides browser-based utilities free of charge. API access is provided under the plan you select. We may add, change or retire tools, and we aim to give notice before removing something widely used.
Some tools depend on third-party data or model providers. Their availability affects ours, and we may temporarily disable a tool rather than serve inaccurate results.
3. Acceptable use
Use the tools only with material you own or are authorised to process. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass lawful access controls or process illegal content.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe beyond public endpoints, bypass rate limits, or resell API access without written permission.
Automated scraping of the site is not permitted. Use the API for programmatic access.
4. No professional advice
Calculators, converters and AI tools produce estimates and drafts. They are not financial, medical, legal or tax advice. Verify important outputs with a qualified professional.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the files and text you process. Because processing happens locally, we do not receive a licence to your content.
For API requests, you grant us the limited right to process the request body for the purpose of returning a response. We do not store request bodies after the response is produced.
6. API keys, quotas and payments
API keys are personal, must be kept confidential, and may be revoked if shared or abused. Quotas reset each billing period and are described on the pricing page.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated before purchase, and taxes may be added where required.
If a paid plan does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the current period for a refund. Beyond that, fees for the period already served are non-refundable.
7. Availability and support
The free website is provided as-is, without an uptime commitment. Paid plans include the support level described on the pricing page; only the Business plan includes a formal SLA.
8. Intellectual property
The site's name, design, copy and code are owned by ToolFlow Labs or its licensors. You may not copy the site's branding or republish its written content without permission.
Output you generate with the tools belongs to you, subject to any rights held by third parties in the input material.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months, or USD 50 for free users.
Always keep a copy of the original file until you have verified the output. This protection matters more than any legal clause.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment or violation of these terms. Paid plans terminated for cause are not refunded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
These terms are a starting point for a self-hosted deployment and are not legal advice. Operators should review them with a lawyer for their jurisdiction. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.
